TUNE-UPS AND OVERHAULS
Basic Tune-Up $79
Our Basic Tune-Up is recommended every 50 hours. We'll torque all fasteners, align and adjust brakes and shifting, adjust the headset, inspect the bottom bracket, lube the chain, and inflate the tires. This package is FREE for bikes purchased at Epicenter Cycling.
Annual Overhaul $179
Our Annual Overhaul is recommended every 50 hours. We'll perform all service outlined in the above Basic Tune-Up, PLUS adjust the hub and bottom bracket, do a lateral and vertical wheel true, install cables and refresh tire sealant.
Annual Pro Overhaul $299
Our Annual Pro Overhaul is recommended every 100 hours. We'll perform all service outlined in the above Annual Overhaul PLUS overhaul the headset, hub and bottom bracket, install all parts, deep clean the drive train, bleed the brakes, and overhaul the pedals (if needed). This package includes a voucher for a 24-hour rental bike. Add $150 for pivot overhaul.
Electric Bike SERVICE
Our technicians offer repairs on all e-bikes purchased from any of our Epicenter Cycling shop locations.
If your e-bike was not purchased from Epicenter Cycling, we strictly only service e-bikes with Bosch, Shimano, Fazua, and Electra Hydrive motor systems.
We recommend customers call one of our shop locations if you are unsure what type of e-bike motor system you have before bringing your e-bike into the shop for repairs.
If your e-bike has a motor system we do not service, we can offer select repairs, such as a flat tire fix, only if you remove the part (i.e., a wheel) that needs servicing before entering the shop.
Once again, we recommend calling ahead of time to speak with a technician.
Epicenter Cycling reserves the right to reevaluate this policy at any time as the e-bike industry continues to evolve.

Wheel SERVICE
Tire or Tube Replacement $12
We're glad to help in a pinch. Let us get our hands dirty so that you don’t have to! We’ll inspect your tire for damage, determine the cause of the puncture, remove any offending thorns, glass or metal shards and put a fresh tube in for you.
Minor Wheel True $20
Your wheels roll best when they are round and straight. It all comes down to proper spoke tension; come in to get your spoke tension adjusted properly so that your wheel rolls the way it was meant to — round, straight, and true.
Major Wheel True $30
If your wheel is wiggling, shaking and hopping around, it's time to put a stop to that dance party. Bring your wheel in and let us get your rim straightened and spokes re-tensioned. We’ll do whatever we can to get your wheel round again.
Wheel Build $80
Have a dream wheelset in mind? We are happy to help you design a custom wheelset or build a wheel if you already have the components. Our professional wheel builders are ready to lace, tension, and true your hoops.
Wheels that are custom built at our shops are backed by one year of FREE minor wheel trues!
Drivetrain SERVICE
Front or Rear Derailleur Adjustment $15
If your gears are acting shifty, don't get derailed, we'll fix it. During this service, we align and inspect your front or rear derailleur, lubricate any moving parts, and make sure your limit screws and cable tension are adjusted for optimal performance.
Full Derailleur System Adjustment $25
Get both your front derailleur and rear derailleur adjusted at the same time, and save!
Drivetrain Cleaning $80
Keep that metal horse riding longer and stronger. When you ride, your chain, cassette, and derailleurs pick up gunk from the road and trails. This mucky drivetrain soup will wear your gears down over time causing your drivetrain to die before its time. With this service, we will remove your chain, cassette, crankset, front and rear derailleurs and soak them in our environmentally-friendly, biodegradable solvent. Then we give them a good scrubbing before we re-install them on your bike.
Brake SERVICE
Front or Rear cable Brake Adjustment $15
Cable actuated braking systems can get knocked out of alignment, causing brakes to rub on the rim, or pull unevenly. With this service, we will inspect your brake pads and let you know if they need to be replaced then we’ll re-align your pads and calipers. We’ll also adjust the cable tension so the brake lever pulls just the way you like.
Cable Brake System Adjustment $25
Have both your front and rear brakes adjusted, and save!
Hydraulic Brake Bleed $30
A necessary measure for prevention of scrapes and bruises. If your brakes are feeling softer, squishier, or not quite as responsive as you’d like, a brake bleed could very well cure what ails you. A brake bleed will reset the pistons in your brake caliper so you don’t have to pump your brake levers to stop.
Suspension SERVICE
Your cherished fork and/or shock will be in the very best hands — literally! — at our dedicated mountain bike service center. Our knowledgeable, experienced suspension technicians will work their magic in keeping your rides smooth and safe.

Fork overhaul $195
You bring in the bike, and we remove/re-install the fork; bring in the fork off the bike and save $20.
Fork basic $100

You bring in the bike, and we remove/re-install the shock; bring in the shock off the bike and save $10.
Shock basic $95
